WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 50ml Black Bottle Captain's Cask
  • 100ml Ginger beer
  • 15ml Lime Juice
  • Lime wheel to garnish

 INSTRUCTIONS

      1. Add ice to glass
      2. Add ginger beer to glass, allowing room for whisky
      3. Float 50ml Black Bottle Captain's Cask Whisky
      4. Garnish with lime wheel

    An initial burst of tropical fruit, predominantly fresh pineapple roasted in demerara sugar, with notes of coconut, vanilla, toasted malt and a gentle wave of smoke.
  • FEARLESS FLAVOUR
    Passionfruit and papaya are intertwined with smoky notes of charred oak, salted caramel and chocolate covered hazelnuts, with hints of coffee and a layer of ripe pineapple.

    Lingering notes of toffee and cracked black pepper.
