ROSEMARY SMOKE

PRODUCT USED:

  • Black Bottle Island Smoke

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 50ml Black Bottle Island Smoke
  • 10ml Sugar Syrup
  • 2 x Fresh Sprigs of Rosemary

 INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Ignite rosemary sprig and place underneath a chilled, upside down glass.
  2. Once smoke disappears, turn glass upright.
  3. Add ice, Black Bottle and syrup.
  4. Garnish with ignited rosemary sprig.

    An initial burst of tropical fruit, predominantly fresh pineapple roasted in demerara sugar, with notes of coconut, vanilla, toasted malt and a gentle wave of smoke.
  • FEARLESS FLAVOUR
    Passionfruit and papaya are intertwined with smoky notes of charred oak, salted caramel and chocolate covered hazelnuts, with hints of coffee and a layer of ripe pineapple.

    Lingering notes of toffee and cracked black pepper.
